🧭 How to Set the Group View Mode on the RPhone

Group View limits which incidents a caregiver sees, based on their assigned area. Group View Mode determines how this is set and whether it can be changed.

⚙️ How to Set the Group View Mode

1. Sign out of the RPhone if necessary.
2. On the sign-in screen, click the RCare logo to open the administrator sign-in popup.
3. Enter the administrator password and click Sign In.
4. Click Settings, then User Group/View.
5. Select one of the Group View Mode options or click Dismiss to exit without changes.
6. Click the Home icon to return to the Administrator home screen.
7. Click Sign Out to exit the administrator settings.

🔄 Group View Mode Options

• Set From User Profile: Group View is assigned via the web interface and cannot be changed on the RPhone.
• Let the User Choose: Users can change the Group View on the RPhone.
• Specific View: A fixed Group View is displayed regardless of who is logged in. Cannot be changed on the RPhone.
• If Specific View is selected, a popup will allow selection of a Group View. Default selects all Group Views.
