How to Log In to an RPhone

🔐 How to Log In to an RPhone

An RPhone is a secure mobile device connected to your nurse call system via WiFi. It provides alerts, resident data, and incident information. It does not allow outside calls or internet access.

  1. Turn on the RPhone if necessary.
  2. On the Sign In screen:
    • Click the User ID field and enter your user code.
    • Enter your password in the Password field.
    • Click the Sign In button.
  3. To sign out at the end of your shift, click the Sign Out button on the main screen.

Important: The first time you use the RPhone, RCare Mobile will request permission to use phone features. Click “Allow” for both prompts.

If you make a mistake, try again. If you forgot your User ID or Access Code, contact your supervisor.
