🔐 How to Log In to an RPhone
An RPhone is a secure mobile device connected to your nurse call system via WiFi. It provides alerts, resident data, and incident information. It does not allow outside calls or internet access.
- Turn on the RPhone if necessary.
On the Sign In screen:
- Click the User ID field and enter your user code.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click the Sign In button.
- To sign out at the end of your shift, click the Sign Out button on the main screen.
Important: The first time you use the RPhone, RCare Mobile will request permission to use phone features. Click “Allow” for both prompts.
If you make a mistake, try again. If you forgot your User ID or Access Code, contact your supervisor.
