How to Change the Group View on an RPhone

🧭 How to Change the Group View on an RPhone

A Group View limits which incidents a caregiver sees and receives alerts for. It includes only residents in the parts of the facility the caregiver is responsible for during that shift.

  1. The current Group View is displayed near the top of the RPhone’s home screen.
  2. Click the edit icon to the right of the current Group View.
  3. From the Group View popup, make your selection or click Cancel to exit without changing.
  4. Select Default to include all Group Views.
