Troubleshooting: RPhone Feature Status Indicators

🛠️ Troubleshooting: RPhone Feature Status Indicators

Two important indicators near the top of the RPhone’s Main screen help you troubleshoot issues: RService and RVoice.

📡 RService Status

RService listens for new incidents. If not connected, the RPhone won’t receive incident notifications.

  • Red: Not connected. RPhone will not receive incident notifications.
  • Yellow: Connecting to RService.
  • Green: Connected and working. Incident notifications will be received.

📞 RVoice Status

RVoice enables internal phone calls. If not connected, calls cannot be made or received.

  • Red: Not connected. No internal calls possible.
  • Yellow: Connecting to RVoice.
  • Green: Connected and working. Calls can be made and received.

Note: It is normal for both indicators to be red before logging in.
