How to Use the Push Button as a Reset Button
The Push Button is placed in a resident’s room and is used to reset some or all* of the resident devices (e.g., pull cords, pendants) when responding to a call for assistance.
⚙️ How It Works
When responding to an incident, the alert continues until the originating device is reset. With the Push Button reset, you don’t need to identify the specific device. Pressing the button resets designated devices in the room and changes the incident status from “Active” to “Open.”
Note: Pull cords and Bedside Stations must still be physically reset.
