How to Add a Push Button Device
- From the RCare web interface, click Accounts in the main menu to open the Accounts screen.
- On the Accounts screen, click an account name to open the Edit Account screen.
- Hold the pendant in your hand.
- Scroll to the Wireless Devices section and click Add Device.
- Push the button on the pendant and wait for the flash.
- On the Select Wireless Device screen, click Refresh List, then click a device ID link. Pendants will show “WTC” in the type column.
- Fill in the device info on the Add New Device screen. Note: Be consistent with naming pendant devices.
- Click Save Changes to return to the Edit Account screen.
- The pendant is now added. On the Edit Account screen, click Save Changes (if other changes were made) or Cancel to finish.
