🧪 What is a Diagnostic Report?

The Diagnostic Report provides information about the internal health of the onsite server, including available hard drive space, running temperatures, and other system metrics. It is similar to the Service Report.

🛠️ How to Run the Diagnostic Report

  1. From the RCare Web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the Reports screen.
  2. Click the Diagnostic Report link in the Technical Reports list.
  3. Note: There are no parameters to select for this report.
  4. Click the Generate Report button to run the report.
