🛠️ What is the Service Report?
The Service Report provides a quick overview of system issues. It lists all devices in the nurse call system that require service due to missed check-ins, low batteries, or other problems such as power failure or WiFi connectivity issues.
The report is divided into three sections:
- Locators and Repeaters
- Wireless Transmitters (resident and passive devices)
- Dialers
📋 How to Run a Service Report
- From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the Reports screen.
- Click the Service Report link.
- Click the Generate Report button.
- Note: You can run the Service Report anytime or schedule it to run automatically (e.g., every morning).
