Service Report

🛠️ What is the Service Report?

The Service Report provides a quick overview of system issues. It lists all devices in the nurse call system that require service due to missed check-ins, low batteries, or other problems such as power failure or WiFi connectivity issues.

The report is divided into three sections:

  • Locators and Repeaters
  • Wireless Transmitters (resident and passive devices)
  • Dialers

📋 How to Run a Service Report

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the Reports screen.
  2. Click the Service Report link.
  3. Click the Generate Report button.
  4. Note: You can run the Service Report anytime or schedule it to run automatically (e.g., every morning).
