How To Answer a Call with the RPhone

📞 How to Answer a Call with the RPhone

With the RPhone, you can receive phone calls from other staff within your community, if they have been set up by an administrator to do so.

  1. When a call is made to your RPhone, your phone will alert and vibrate, and the Call Screen popup window will appear.
  2. Click the Answer button to answer the call.
  3. Click the Busy button if you are too busy to answer. The caller will hear a busy signal.
  4. When finished, click the End Call button to end the call.
  • Mute button: Mutes your voice during a call.
  • Speaker button: Puts the call on speakerphone.
