How to Call a Buddy with the RPhone

đź‘Ą How to Call a Buddy with the RPhone

A Buddy is another staff member who uses an RPhone. Active Buddies are currently logged in; inactive Buddies are set up but not logged in.

  1. Click the Messaging button on the Main screen to display the Buddies List.
  2. Scroll and click the name of the active buddy you want to call.
  3. Click Call in the popup window. The RPhone will dial and show the Call screen.
  4. To end the call, click the Dialpad icon, then click End Call. Click End Call again to return to the Buddies List.
  • Purple: Active buddies in your Notification Group.
  • Black: Active buddies outside your Notification Group.
  • Gray: Inactive buddies, listed alphabetically.
  • Note: You can also dial a number directly. RPhones cannot call 911.
  • Mute button: Mutes your voice during a call.
  • Speaker button: Puts the call on speakerphone.
