How to Call a Co-Worker with the RPhone

📱 How to Call a Co-Worker with the RPhone

RCare Mobile is pre-programmed with co-workers’ RPhone numbers, making it easy to contact those currently online and working in your area.

📞 How to Make a Call

  1. Click the Messaging button on the Main screen to open the Messaging screen.
  2. Click the name of the person you want to call. A popup will appear.
  3. Click Call to place the call.
  4. Click Hang Up to end the call and return to the Messaging screen.

🔢 How to Make a Call Using the Dialer

  1. On the Messaging screen, click the Dialer button.
  2. Enter your co-worker’s extension number in the popup, then click Call.
  3. Click Hang Up to end the call and return to the Messaging screen.

Note: You cannot call 911 with an RPhone.

  • In Group tab: Shows logged-in users in your notification group.
  • Out of Group tab: Shows logged-in users in other groups.
  • Offline tab: Shows users not currently logged in. You cannot call offline users.
