How to Call a Co-Worker with the Caregiver Console

đź“ž How to Call a Co-Worker with the Caregiver Console

Why Call with the Caregiver Console? When staff use the RCare Mobile app, it's easy to see who is working in your area and who is online to receive a call. The screen is pre-programmed with co-workers’ RCare phone numbers.

How to Make a Call:

  1. Click the Messaging button on the right-hand side of the screen. RCare users are listed in 3 groups.
  2. Pick up the handset, then touch the Call button for the person you want to call. A popup screen will appear. (The button is grayed out until you pick up the handset.)
  3. To end the call, touch the Hang Up button or hang up the handset. You’ll return to the Messages screen.
  • In Group: See RCare Mobile users in your notification group who are currently logged in.
  • Out of Group: See users in other groups who are currently logged in.
  • Offline: See users who are not currently logged in.
