How to Message a Co-Worker with the RPhone

💬 How to Message a Co-Worker with the RPhone

The RPhone’s messaging feature is a HIPAA-compliant way to quickly text or call co-workers who are currently logged into an RPhone.

  1. Click the Messaging button on the Main screen to open the Messages screen.
  2. Click the name of the person you want to message. A popup will appear.
  3. Click Message to send a typed message.
  4. Type your message in the textbox. The virtual keyboard will appear.
  5. Click the Send Arrow to send the message.
  • In Group tab: Shows logged-in users in your notification group.
  • Out of Group tab: Shows logged-in users in other groups.
  • Offline tab: Shows users not currently logged in.
