How to Message a Co-Worker with the Caregiver Console

💬 How to Message a Co-Worker with the Caregiver Console

What is Messaging? A quick way to text or call co-workers when you need help. You can contact one person or a whole group.

How to Send a Message:

  1. Click the Messaging button on the right-hand side of the screen. RCare Mobile users are listed in 3 groups.
  2. Click the Message button for the person you want to message. The Chat screen will appear.
  3. View previous messages at the top. Type your message in the Chat Message textbox at the bottom.
  4. Click inside the textbox to bring up the virtual keyboard. Press Return to send the message.
  • In Group: Users in your notification group who are currently logged in.
  • Out of Group: Users in other groups who are currently logged in.
  • Offline: Users who are not currently logged in.
