What is a Duty Station? A device that alerts caregivers to active incidents when residents need assistance. Often placed in hallways or common areas where dome lights may not be visible.

Each duty station may be linked to specific resident rooms or all rooms. When an incident occurs, it flashes a green LED and sounds an alert.

Snooze Button:

Press the red Snooze Button to stop the alert for the current incident.

Resetting the Duty Station:

The alert stops when a caregiver responds and resets the device that triggered the incident.
