Troubleshooting System Status Display
🖥️ What is the System Status Display?
The System Status Display is a troubleshooting feature in the RCare Web Interface that is always visible—even if you're not logged in. It shows the current status of the major components of the RCare Nurse Call System.
By checking the display, you can quickly determine whether all central parts of the system are functioning properly or if there is an issue.
📊 What the System Status Display Tells You
The display includes the following system components:
- Remote Support: Indicates if the RCube system is connected to the internet for remote support.
- Central Station: Rarely used, but included in the status overview.
- Wireless Network: Shows if transmitters and devices are successfully reporting to the system.
- Page Encoder: Confirms that incident creation is properly communicated within the system.
Each component is marked with a color-coded dot representing its status:
- Green: Normal
- Yellow: Minor issues
- Red: Major problem; feature has stopped functioning
- Gray: Inactive feature; not used by your community
Note: If you're experiencing issues with the nurse call system, the System Status Display can assist technical support in diagnosing the problem.
