How to Sign In to the Caregiver Console

🔐 How to Sign In to the Caregiver Console

What is the Caregiver Console? A touchscreen computer at the nurse’s station that connects to the nurse call system. It allows caregivers to monitor alerts, communicate with residents and staff, and access incident details.

How to Sign In:

  1. On the Login screen, click the User ID field to display the onscreen keyboard and enter your username or number.
  2. Enter your password in the Password field.
  3. Click the Sign In button.
  4. To sign out, click the Sign Out button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: The Caregiver Console can be set to auto-login so it’s always active.
