đź“‹ What is a Group Incident List?

The Group Incident List is similar to the Resident Incident Details Report, but instead of focusing on a single account, it provides a comprehensive list of incidents and timed reminders for all accounts within a selected date range.

Each incident includes the call start time, duration, trigger device, and reset device. This report is especially useful for staffing decisions in wings or groups where caregivers are responsible for specific areas.

🛠️ How to Run the Group Incident List

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the reports screen.
  2. Click the Group Incident List link in the Administrative Reports list.
  3. Select parameters: groups to include (data will be combined) and date range.
  4. Click Generate Report, Generate PDF, or Generate CSV to run the report.
