📋 What is a Resident Incident Details Report?
The Resident Incident Details Report provides a comprehensive list of all incidents and timed reminders for a selected account within a specified date range.
Each incident includes details such as call start time, duration, trigger device, and reset device.
🛠️ How to Run the Resident Incident Details Report
- From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the Reports screen.
- Click the Resident Incident Details Report link in the Administrative Reports list.
- Select parameters: Account and Date Range.
- Click Generate Report, Generate PDF, or Generate CSV to run the report.
