How to Search for an Incident
đź“ź What are Incidents?
Every time a resident calls for help using a device (e.g., push button, pull cord), a signal is sent to the nurse call system and an incident record is created. A notification is then sent to caregivers.
🔍 How to Search for an Incident
- From the RCare web interface, click Search in the main menu. A set of selection categories will appear.
- Select as many categories as needed to narrow your search, then click the Search button.
- The list of incidents will update based on your search. Each incident number is a clickable link to view its details.
Search Categories:
- Account: Typically the resident’s room number
- Group: The larger group the account belongs to
- Year
- Month
- Day
- Hour
- State: e.g., Active, Open, Closed
