đź“‹ What is an Incident List?

The Incident List is similar to the Group Incident List, but incidents are sorted by date instead of account. It provides a comprehensive list of incidents and timed reminders for selected groups and date ranges.

Each incident includes:

  • Call Start Time
  • Duration
  • Trigger Device
  • Reset Device

This report helps ensure appropriate care and staffing decisions.

🛠️ How to Run the Incident List

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu.
  2. Click the Incident List link in the Administrative Reports list.
  3. Select parameters: groups to include and date range.
  4. Click Generate Report, Generate PDF, or Generate CSV to run the report.
