How to Change the View on an RPhone

👁️ How to Change the View on an RPhone

A View limits which incidents a caregiver sees and receives alerts for. It includes one or more notification groups relevant to the caregiver’s responsibilities.

🔧 View Settings

  • Fixed View: Set on the phone and does not change with user login. Used for phones assigned to specific areas.
  • Set by User Profile: Changes based on who is logged in. Configured in the RCare web interface.
  • User Selectable: Caregiver can change the view. Defaults to the previous user’s view upon login.

🔄 How to Change the View

  1. Click the RCare logo at the bottom of the Main screen to open the menu.
  2. Click the Preferences link to open the Preferences screen.
  3. Click Views to display view choices.
  4. Select your preferred view or choose All to see all views (recommended for supervisors).
  5. Click Cancel to exit without making changes.
