How to Change the Group View on the Caregiver Console

👥 How to Change the Group View on the Caregiver Console

What is a Group View? A way to limit which incidents caregivers see, based on their assigned area (e.g., 2nd Floor, Assisted Living wing).

Alerts are sent only to caregivers in the same Group View as the resident, helping reduce distractions and focus on relevant incidents.

How to Change the Group View:

  1. Touch the Change View button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. A popup will appear.
  2. Note: If the button isn’t visible, you may need to change the Group View Mode first.
  3. Select the Group View you want. Choose Default to display all Group Views in your community.
