A Group View limits which incidents a caregiver sees. It ensures they only receive alerts for residents in their assigned area, avoiding unnecessary distractions.

⚙️ How to Change the Group View

  1. Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the main screen.
  2. Select User Group/View.
  3. From the popup, make your selection or click Cancel to exit.
