How to Receive a Call on the Caregiver Console

📲 How to Receive a Call on the Caregiver Console

Who Can Call with the RCare Mobile App? You can receive calls from co-workers using the RCare Mobile app, as long as they’ve been set up by an administrator.

How to Answer a Call:

  1. When there is an incoming call, the Caregiver Console will ring and the Incoming Call screen will appear.
  2. Pick up the handset to answer the call. The screen will change to the Active Call screen.
  3. When the call is finished, click the Hang Up Call button or simply hang up the handset.
  • To answer: Pick up the handset.
  • To reject: Click the Reject Call button without picking up the handset. The caller will hear a busy signal.
