How to Receive a Message on the Caregiver Console
📥 How to Receive a Message on the Caregiver Console
What is a Message? Staff can send text messages to each other using the RCare Mobile app. Messaging works with staff who are currently logged in.
How to Receive a Message:
- The Caregiver Console will beep, and a red number appears near the Messaging button, indicating how many new messages you have.
- Click the Messaging button to open the Messages screen.
- If a co-worker has sent a new message, their Message button will be red. Click it to open the Chat screen.
- View the new message and message history at the top. Type your response in the Chat Message textbox at the bottom.
