How to Broadcast a Message with RCare Mobile

📡 What is a Broadcast Message?

The RCare Mobile Broadcast messaging feature lets you send a text message to multiple caregivers at once, for example, during an emergency. You can send a broadcast to:

• All RCare Mobile users who are currently logged in (including those in other groups)
• All logged-in users in your notification group

✉️ How to Send a Broadcast Message

1. Go to the Messages button on the main screen.
2. Click the Broadcast Message button at the bottom of the messages screen.
3. Choose who will receive the message:
• Dismiss – cancel without broadcasting
• Broadcast to My Group – send to all caregivers in your Notification Group
• Broadcast to All Users – send to all currently logged-in users in all groups
4. Type your message in the text box and press the send arrow.

Note: Recipients will not know the message was sent as a broadcast.
