How to Sign into RCare Mobile

📱 What is RCare Mobile?

RCare Mobile is an iOS app that connects to your nurse call system via WiFi. It provides alerts, resident data, and incident details on a dedicated phone.

🔑 How to Sign In

  1. Turn on the phone (if prompted, allow notifications and camera access).
  2. On the Sign In screen, enter your User ID and Access Code.
  3. Click the Sign In button.
  4. To sign out, tap Sign Out on the main screen.

If you forget your credentials, contact your supervisor.
