How to Broadcast a Message to Staff with the RPhone

📢 How to Broadcast a Message to Staff with the RPhone

The RPhone’s Broadcast messaging feature is a HIPAA-compliant way to send a text message to multiple caregivers at the same time, for example, in an emergency.

  1. Touch the Messaging button on the Main screen.
  2. Touch the Broadcast button at the bottom of the Messages screen to display the Broadcast popup window.
  3. Choose who will receive the message.
  4. Type your message and touch the Send button.
  • Broadcast to My Group: Sends to all caregivers in your Notification Group.
  • Broadcast to All Users: Sends to all currently logged-in RCare Mobile users.
  • Dismiss: Cancels without sending a message.
  • Note: Recipients will not know the message was sent as a Broadcast.
