How To Call Over RCare Mobile

📞 Why Call with the Mobile App?

The RCare Mobile app is the best way to contact co-workers. It shows who is working, who is online, and provides pre-programmed RCare phone numbers.

📲 How to Make a Call

  1. Click the Messages button on the main screen.
  2. Select a caregiver from the list (In Group, Out of Group, or Offline tabs).
  3. Click their name — a popup will appear where you can choose to Call or Text.
  4. Click Call to start the call. Use Hang Up to end it.

Step Three: Choose Call
Step Four: Hang Up when finished
