How to Receive a Call with RCare Mobile
๐ Who Can Call You with RCare Mobile?
With the RCare Mobile app, you can receive calls from co-workers who are also using RCare Mobile, as long as they have been set up by an administrator to do so.
๐ฒ How to Answer a Call
- When a call comes in, your phone will ring and vibrate, and the Call Screen will appear.
- Tap Answer to accept the call.
- Tap Decline if you are too busy to answer. The caller will hear a busy signal.
- When the call is finished, tap Hang Up to end the call. You will be returned to the screen you were on before the call.
