How to Receive a Message with the RPhone

📨 How to Receive a Message with the RPhone

The RPhone’s messaging feature is a HIPAA-compliant way for staff to send text messages when help is needed. Messaging works with staff currently logged into the RCare Mobile app.

  1. Look for an orange dot on the Messaging icon and button. The number indicates how many new messages you have.
  2. A popup message will also appear to notify you of a new message.
  3. Click the Messages button on the Main screen to open the Messages screen.
  4. An orange dot next to a person’s name means you have new messages from them. Click their name.
  5. On the popup screen, choose Message to open the Message Log screen.
  6. View received and sent messages. Reply by typing in the Message field and clicking the Send Arrow.
