How to Set the Display Mode on the Caregiver Console
🖥️ How to Set the Display Mode on the Caregiver Console
What is Display Mode? Determines how incidents are shown on the main screen of the Caregiver Console.
- Full Incident Detail Mode: Shows personal data like resident names. Use in restricted areas (e.g., nurse’s station).
- Big Board Mode: Hides personal data. Use in public areas (e.g., hallways).
How to Set the Display Mode:
- Touch the Settings button on the right-hand side of the screen. A popup will appear.
- Enter the administrator password. The virtual keyboard will appear when you touch the password textbox. Then touch Access Settings.
- Select either Full Incident Detail Mode or Big Board Mode, then touch Save Settings.
