What is a Group View? A way to limit which incidents caregivers see, based on their assigned area (e.g., 2nd Floor, Assisted Living).
What is Group View Mode? Determines how Group Views are displayed on the Caregiver Console:
- Selectable: Users can change the displayed Group View.
- Fixed: A specific Group View is always displayed, regardless of who is logged in.
- Set in User Profile: Group View changes based on the logged-in user’s profile.
How to Set the Group View Mode:
- Click the Settings button on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Enter the administrator password and click Access Settings.
- In the View/Group Mode selection box, choose your preferred mode.
- To display all Group Views, select Fixed view for: Default.
- Click Save Settings to apply changes.
