📋 What is a Resident List?

The Resident List is a comprehensive report of all residents in a facility. It serves as a quick reference, especially useful when accounting for residents is critical.

🛠️ How to Run the Resident List

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Reports in the main menu to open the Reports screen.
  2. Click the Resident List link in the Administrative Reports list.
  3. Select parameters: Groups to include (data will be combined) and Sort order.
  4. Click Generate Report, Generate PDF, or Generate CSV to run the report.
