📊 Why are Reports Important?

Reports allow you to view the history of calls and responses. They are also useful for technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot the system.

🛠️ How to Run a Report

  1. Open an internet browser on a computer connected to the facility’s local area network (LAN).
  2. Type the system IP address to open the TekCare Reporting page.
  3. Enter the password to access the reporting software.
  4. Select the report you want to run.
  5. Fill out the filters to create a curated report. Note: All filters are off by default. If none are selected, the report includes all devices and incidents within the selected timeframe.
  6. Specify the desired reporting format.
  7. Click the Create Report button to generate the report.

🔍 Report Filter Options

  • Time Period: Select a date range manually or use the dropdown. You can also enter a specific time range (e.g., Night Shift).

  • Other Filters: Zones, Locations, Devices (e.g., pull cords, pendants, buttons), Patients (by room), Event Types (e.g., emergency, fault).
