How to Run Reports

📈 Why Run Reports?

Reports help identify trends, set measurable targets, monitor progress, and answer deeper questions about your community’s operations. The RCare system collects extensive data, and reports are a powerful way to access it.

Administrative Reports: Provide insights into residents and staff, including incidents, check-ins, response times, and call volumes.

Technical Reports: Offer valuable information about system performance and equipment.

Note: Reports can be run on demand or scheduled to run at regular intervals (e.g., every morning).
