ICT Door Access Card Programming

🔐 Protege GX (Web Client)

  1. Open the Protege GX web client
  2. Log in
    • Enter your username and password, then log in.
    • After login, you’ll land on the Home Page.
  3. Go to Users
    • From the top-left menu, click Users.
    • Choose Users to view the user list.
  4. Create a new user record
    • Click the Add (+) icon near the top-right.
    • A blank user form opens under the General tab.
  5. Fill in user information
    • Enter First Name.
    • Enter Last Name.
  6. Program the card number
    • Locate the Access Cards section.
    • On the Facility / Card Number line:
      • Enter the Site Code.
      • Enter the Card Number.
    • Ensure Disabled is unchecked.
  7. Assign access levels
    • Click the Access Levels tab.
    • Click Add.
    • Select the appropriate access level(s).
    • Click OK.
  8. Save
    • Click the Save icon to apply changes.
