How to Add a Notification Group

🔔 What is a Notification Group?

Notification Group: A collection of accounts that share a common trait, such as location (e.g., a wing or floor) or function (e.g., smoke detectors, doors).

Note: Each account must be assigned to only one Notification Group. The RCare Mobile view displays one or more Notification Groups.

🛠️ How to Add a Notification Group

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Notifications in the main menu.
  2. On the Notifications screen, click the Notification Groups link.
  3. On the Notification Groups screen, view existing groups or click Add New Group to create one.
  4. Enter a name and a description for the group.
  5. Click Save Changes to finalize the new Notification Group.
