Timed Reminder: A scheduled alert that automatically generates an incident for a resident at a specific day and time each week, such as for a bed turn or other care task.

🛠️ How to Add a Timed Reminder

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Timed Reminders in the main menu to open the Timed Reminders screen.
  2. Click on an account name to view its existing timed reminders.
  3. Click the Add New Reminder button to open the Add New Timed Reminder screen.
  4. Enter the time, days of the week, and a message describing the purpose of the reminder.
  5. Click Save Changes to finalize the reminder.
