How to Edit and/or Delete a Timed Reminder

⏰ What is a Timed Reminder?

Timed Reminder: A scheduled alert that automatically generates an incident for a resident at a specific day and time each week, such as for a bed turn or other care task.

🛠️ How to Edit or Delete a Timed Reminder

  1. From the RCare web interface, click Timed Reminders in the main menu to open the Timed Reminders screen.
  2. Click on an account name to view its existing timed reminders.
  3. A list of current Timed Reminders will appear. Click the one you want to edit.
  4. To Edit: Change the time, days of the week, or message. Then click Save Changes.
  5. To Delete: Click the Delete Reminder button.
