How to View or Edit an Incident
📟 What are Incidents?
Every time a resident calls for help using a device (e.g., push button, pull cord), a signal is sent to the nurse call system and an incident record is created. A notification is then sent to caregivers.
Incident Status:
- Active: Incident is created and sending alerts.
- Open: Caregiver has responded and reset the device.
- Closed: Administrator has reviewed and closed the incident.
👁️ How to View an Incident
- From the RCare web interface, click Incidents in the main menu to view active incidents.
