🚀 Quick Start

  1. Power On / Off

    • Long-press the Power key to turn the radio on or off.

  2. Talk & Listen

    • Press and hold PTT (Push-to-Talk) to transmit.

    • Release to listen.

  3. Change Channels

    • Press CH+ or CH- to move channels up or down.

  4. Adjust Volume

    • Press VOL+ or VOL- in standby/monitor mode to increase or decrease speaker volume.

  5. Enter Menu Mode

    • Short-press Power to enter menu — screen shows “F”.

    • Press Power again to exit.


⚠️ Safety & Use Warnings

  • Always attach the antenna before operation — prevents electric shock.

  • Do not use near explosive materials, fuel stations, or while refueling.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, intense heat, dust, damp, or wet conditions.

  • Repairs should only be performed by an authorized technician.

  • If smoke or burning smell occurs, power off immediately and remove the battery.

🔧 Basic Operations

  • Channel Scanning

    • In menu mode, press CH+ or CH- to scan up or down.

    • Press Power again to stop scanning.

    • Radio pauses when detecting an active channel, then resumes after signal ends.

  • Lock / Unlock Keypad

    • Long-press VOL+ to lock keys.

    • Long-press VOL- to unlock.

  • Monitor Mode

    • Press Power in menu until “NO” displays — enables weak signal monitoring.

  • During Scanning

    • Press PTT to lock onto detected channel and talk.

    • Radio stays on channel after transmission, resumes scan after 3 sec inactivity.
